Not one of my favourite Tales to date but certainly a good read. I think the reason it isn't one of the best Redwall books in my eyes is because we have already visited loamhedge in Mattimeo, fine it wasn't for very long but I thought we had learnt all we needed to about the former home of the abbey mice.

Then again the characters and riddles were intriguing like Mr. Jacques always does perfectley.

Highly recommend this book to everyone!
